Information you provide directly:

  • Name and business name (collected at payment and intake)
  • Email address
  • Business details relevant to your ICP and campaign setup (industry, target market, offer)
  • Any account credentials you share with us to set up your tools (e.g., existing Apollo or Smartlead accounts)

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic website analytics (page visits, referral source) via Cloudflare Analytics — this does not use cookies and does not track individuals
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

  • Deliver the Service you purchased
  • Communicate with you about your project
  • Send you your runbook, credentials, and project deliverables
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for marketing, retargeting, or any purpose unrelated to your engagement.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your information. We share it only as follows:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data: stripe.com/privacy
  • Third-party tools (Apollo, Smartlead, Zapier, etc.) — only to the extent required to set up your accounts. You own those accounts; their privacy policies govern data in their systems after handoff
  • Legal requirement — if required by law, court order, or government authority

5. Data Retention

We retain project-related information (intake responses, correspondence, runbooks) for 12 months after project completion, then delete it. Payment records are retained as required by tax law (7 years).

6. Your Rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Request that we stop processing your data

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information — encrypted communications, secure credential handling, and limited access. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

This service is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. The current version is always at colddelivered.com/privacy. Material changes will be noted with an updated “Last updated” date.
